Katie Patrick reported : "Famous for its vast beaches and birdlife, North Norfolk has become a must-visit region on the foodie trail. Abundant local produce, including Crab, Fish and organic vegetables. Eat out at Titchwell Manor, on the windswept edge of the RSPB reserve at Titchwell marsh, where chef Eric Snaith's menu feature the best local fish and seafood."
Titchwell Manor Hotel, near Brancaster overlooking North Norfolk's unspoilt coast, offers a delightful fusion of modernity and traditional values with contemporary furnishings. The former Victorian farm house has recently doubled in size to twenty six rooms. Thirteen new bedrooms are built around a courtyard herb garden; each named after an aromatic herb.
The hotel has stunning, uninterrupted views across the wild marshes to the sea; with RSPB Titchwell Marsh nature reserve nearby the area is a haven for wildlife. The miles of golden, sandy beaches are an all year round attraction, whether it's couples taking a romantic walk or children building sandcastles. Burnham Market, Holkham and Wells-next-the sea are just a short drive away.
